It plans to purchase production and auxiliary equipment such as grinding machines, hydrocarbon cleaning machines, imaging detection equipment, laser cutting machines, etc. After the project is put into operation, it will form a green new intelligent manufacturing automotive component technology renovation project, while achieving an annual sales revenue of 30 million yuan, an annual profit of about 3.2 million yuan, and an annual tax revenue of 2.1 million yuan.

3、 The potential impact of construction projects on the environment:

Main pollution factors during the operation period:
(1) Waste gas: mechanical processing dust, hydrocarbon cleaning waste gas, welding smoke and dust, etc.
(2) Wastewater: The discharged wastewater mainly consists of domestic sewage and cleaning wastewater.
(3) Noise: Equipment production noise.
(4) Solid waste: The solid waste of this project mainly includes ground stone materials, defective products, general packaging solid waste, oil sludge, cleaning waste liquid, waste packaging materials, waste engine oil, and employee household waste.

4、 Measures to prevent or mitigate adverse environmental impacts
(1) Waste gas: This project has unorganized emissions of welding fumes, mechanical processing dust, etc. Through strengthening production management in each workshop and implementing protective measures such as labor protection for employees, the enterprise has implemented effective measures. The non methane total hydrocarbons generated in the hydrocarbon cleaning process are recovered, processed and reused through the equipment's built-in distillation recovery device, while a small amount that has not been distilled and reused is discharged at high altitude through the exhaust pipe.
(2) Wastewater: The production wastewater of this project is treated by the enterprise's self built sewage treatment plant and discharged into the pipeline after meeting the standards; There are no new employees in this project, so there is no new discharge of domestic sewage.
(3) Noise: Enterprises choose high-quality low-noise equipment and layout workshops and equipment reasonably; Install anti vibration pads at the bottom of high noise equipment; Doors and windows must be closed during the production process; Strengthen daily maintenance and upkeep of equipment to ensure its normal operation and prevent excessive noise caused by equipment malfunctions; Strengthen production management, educate employees on civilized production, reduce noise caused by human factors, and arrange production reasonably.(4) Solid waste: In this project, general packaging solid waste, defective products, etc. are collected and sold for comprehensive utilization; The household waste of employees is collected in bags and cleared by the local environmental sanitation department. The hazardous waste generated by the project, such as cleaning waste liquid, waste packaging materials, and waste engine oil, is entrusted to qualified units for cleaning and disposal.

Through the investigation of the environmental status around the project, engineering analysis, and post operation environmental impact prediction analysis, this evaluation believes that as long as the construction unit conscientiously implements the various pollution prevention and control measures and countermeasures proposed in this evaluation, effectively achieves the "three simultaneities", ensures that the investment in environmental protection facilities is in place, strengthens management after completion and operation, and does a good job in environmental pollution prevention and control, from the perspective of environmental protection, the construction of this project is feasible.
